We are working with a highly recognized and reputable company located downtown Toronto looking for a Commercial Property Administrator. This position is working within an office tower and is a highly regarded property by the team looking for a well versed Property Admin.


Property Administrator

A commercial portfolio located downtown Toronto

Class A Office Tower hosting some very reputable tenants

Day to day duties are dealing with invoicing, letters and memos to tenants, maintenance scheduling, AP/AR & working with tenants on issues and supporting the wider team on adhoc duties

Role is currently in office but may move to a hybrid position offering WFH opportunities

3+ years' experience in Commercial Property Administration is required

$55k - $65k Salary + Benefits + 3 weeks vacation
